Payment for subscription recurring orders is taken when your order is automatically processed at 8am, 2 days before your delivery day. This is also the deadline to edit, skip or cancel your order.
Please note that all first-time orders get processed right away.
Processing orders involved printing labels, packing boxes and booking courier collections - so it’s really challenging for us to make changes to orders after this deadline without wasting tasty food. For any late changes to a processed order please drop us a message here, or pop us a call on 0208 068 1700. Wherever possible, we’ll assist with last-minute changes, to deliver exactly what you want. It’s our #1 job!
