We’re really sorry if you’ve experienced a problem with your delivery - it’s totally our responsibility to get your box of plant-power delivered to your doorstep exactly the way it should!
Please send us a message here or feel free to call us on 0208 068 1700 (between 8-6pm Monday-Friday), and one of our team will sort out any problems immediately.
In the unlikely event that your delivery has arrived the day after you were expecting it, please dispose of the box. As it is frozen food, your meals will have started to defrost and so will no longer be suitable for consumption. We will, of course, send you a fresh batch of allplants meals as soon as possible.
