We know life’s busy and that you might need an account break every now and then, so we’ve made it easy to pause or cancel your subscription. All you need to do is head to your account page, hit 'Manage plan', scroll down to the bottom and hit 'Pause/Skip Deliveries' where you will have the option to pause for 4 weeks, skip next order. If you wanted to cancel just head to the bottom of the page under the discount codes box and you find the 'cancel your plan' button.
Please note: You’ll need to pause or cancel your account by 8am, 2 days before your next delivery. If it's after this time and your order has already been processed, please pop us a call or message and we can do our best to help you out.
